Our company, Dr. Géza Hetényi and Tsa. Liquidation Ltd. was established in 1997, and in that year, as Dr. Géza Hetényi's lawyer, he was added to the list of liquidators as the legal successor of the liquidator.
Since the establishment of our company, it has been engaged only in liquidation activities, its members from the outset are Hungarian citizens living directly and indirectly in Hungary, residing in Hungary, who have no direct or indirect shareholding in other liquidation organizations and no liquidation activities for other liquidation organizations.
Our company's liquidation activities are mainly carried out in the area of operation of the Courts (Metropolitan Court, Budapest District Court, Székesfehérvár Court, Balassagyarmat Court and Eger Tribunal) under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Court, Budapest District Court, , and also in liquidation cases pending before the Kecskemét General Court.
Our company's registered office and site are in Budapest, while 1-1-1 of its 3 branches are located in the area of operation of the Budapest District Court, the Székesfehérvár Court and the Balassagyarmat Court.
